If you're looking for simple island life, then Topsail Island is the place you're looking for along the Treasure Coast. As anyone can tell you, Topsail Island is a special place.

The Mystic Mermaid Cafe Snead's Ferry Click Here for Directions My family and I ate at the Mystic Mermaid after hearing that they make everything fresh and don't buy any prepared food. It is a little off the beaten path in Sneads Ferry, but only about 3 to 4 miles to get to from the main highway. After arriving, the outside of the building wasn't anything great, but I must say that the food was absolutely incredible. As the CEO of Topsail Media (owners of the Topsail.com and TopsailIsland.com websites), I would go there again and again. One other note, the owners of the Mystic Mermaid did not pay to have this on the home page.  I thought the food was extraordinary enough to place this here.
